Costs

Free delivery when you spend £75 and over, £2.99 for orders under £75.

Delivery to Europe is charged at £15. Please be aware there may be additional customs charges, see information below.

We currently do not deliver outside of Europe.

Timings

Items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, within the UK. You will receive an email once items are shipped and we will contact you if there is any delay in delivery.

Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail & DHL.

Delivery outside of the UK

Goods delivered to Europe and Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man the Channel Islands may be liable for Customs duties in accordance with the destinations import rules. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are not able to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the imports charges applicable before ordering goods.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order is processed as soon as we receive it and we aim to deliver your order within three working days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order after two weeks please contact us.

I’ve ordered several items, will they be sent together?

If you have ordered a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, there will be no delay to your in-stock item. All items will be dispatched as soon as items are in stock, but again you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.

Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Free delivery is available and automatically applied at checkout on all orders placed over the value of £75 which are for delivery in the UK. Charges apply for all deliveries outside of the UK.
