When will my order be delivered?
Your order is processed as soon as we receive it and we aim to deliver your order within three working days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order after two weeks please contact us.

UK: Free delivery on orders over £75. For orders under £75, delivery is £2.99

USA: Due to recent Government tariffs, shipping to the US is available but costs must be calculated individually. Please contact our office for a personalised quote before placing your order.
Timings

UK orders: Usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

International orders: Delivery times vary by destination.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched. If there are any delays, we’ll get in touch with you directly.
We use trusted couriers including Royal Mail and DHL.
Customs Imports & Duties
For deliveries outside of the UK (including Europe, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly), customs duties or taxes may apply in line with local import regulations.
